YLR is an interactive group depending on each member to submit job tips, stories from the workplace, happy hour specials, job openings or anything else you know the other members would appreciate!

We distribute this wealth of information via weekly emails. The more people you tell and the more ideas you submit the better the group becomes for everyone! YLR is a private group where members are accepted by referral only. We've created this group with strong, yet basic founding principles. The main criteria is you have to be in your 20's, female and either working or actively searching the job market for opportunities... Right now the only way to find out about the website/group is by referral so it's easy to sign up!
